 Car Accident Massage is for someone who has just suffered the impact of a car accident. The focus of this treatment is on the neck, back and head, plus any areas of the body that may have been bruised. 

What You Need Before Book a Massage

• A Claim Number, adjusters name & email, adjuster's phone number
• A Doctor’s Prescription for Massage
• Date of Accident

When looking for a massage therapist, you have the option to choose between in-network and out-of-network providers.  We are in-network of Kaiser Permanente & Aetna (currently don't accept new patients with Ambetter; Cascade Care Select; Triwest). For out-of-network insurance client, we can provide Superbill as out-of-network provider. (Extra charge may be required for Superbill)

What You Need Before Book a Massage if you want reimbursement

1. Call your insurance company Check your out-of-network benefits

• Check your Out-of-network deductible amount
• Check your Coinsurance/Copay amount

2. Call your insurance company to verify if massage covered. Ask questions: 

• Do I need a referral or prescription from an in-network provider to see massage therapists out-of-network?
• How do I submit claim forms for reimbursement?

What You Need After Massage

• 1. Ask your therapist for a Superbill 
• 2. Submit the Superbill to insurance company with referral/ prescription from your doctor.
• 3. Receive reimbursement!
